Victor Schut| Chief Business Officer
Victor, co-founder and a lawyer by education, has over 13 years experience as a financial professional mainly active in financing and investing in a wide range of companies as an investor at a Private Equity firm. Victor has been actively involved with a number of companies varying from early stage to expansion of mature businesses. As a “hands on” investor his experience encompasses strategy, finance, management and operations.

Raymond Verhaert | PhD | Chief Scientific Officer
Raymond has 20 years experience as a scientist and in the commercial industrial biotechnology sector. Prior to joining ProteoNic he held a management position at Cargill where he was responsible for setting up a new biochemistry lab, setting up the organization of the European biotechnological research of the company and starting multidisciplinary research collaborations with customers. In this role he was active in the field of new industrial enzyme applications and enzyme production methods. During his career at different national and international universities, he held positions in which he started applied research with enzyme production industries and headed a research group on improving industrial enzymes.
